Retis aims to achieve in 2008 significant results in applications and services based on Mobile & Wireless Technologies (mobile networks, WLAN, RFID, NFC ...) in the TLC / ICT.

In particular, it proposes:

• Entering into a broad overview of the many opportunities offered by key technologies in the Mobile & Wireless field to the private companies and public administrations, by identifying and analyzing the main applications already implemented in Italy;
• Thoroughly understand the impacts of these applications on the processes and information systems and communications, specifically evaluating the benefits and returns, with the ultimate aim to provide practical guidelines to support managers who wish to introduce these technologies into their organizations;
• Identification among all the technological innovations, those with the greatest potential, providing real added value to the solutions in place and their concrete integration with what has already been consolidated.
• Outlining a vision to reach out to the Mobile & Wireless Business, which is intended, through an integration of multiple applications and multiple networks, to pervade in the near future, the entire value chain of any organization.
